With our online activity tracking and reporting portal, Precision reports, you can log in and view and download all your campaign metrics and prospect activities.
Your campaign will generate various types of incoming emails - bounces, unsubscribes, responses and click throughs.
bounces
Bounces are handled automatically and will be available for you to view and download through the reporting portal. If you would like to refresh your data we can use out list building service to update incorrect email addresses and replace out of date contacts.
unsubscribes
Unsubscribe requests will also be handled automatically. As well as being able to view and download unsubscribe requests, these contacts will be automatically excluded from your future email marketing campaigns.
responses
Responses can be forwarded to the email address(es) of your choice and can even be routed according to a variable in the data - for example to the relevant account manager in your sales team. Responses can also be viewed, sorted and downloaded from the reporting portal, so you can see all of the campaign activity in one central location.
click throughs
You can see individual click through detail for every contact who clicks on a link within your email and you can follow these up with a sales call or further information on the specific areas they have shown an interest in.
You can add comments against click throughs and responses to ensure that each lead is followed up and to maximise the returns from the leads generated by your campaigns.
